Personal service

The team at XPS Self Invested Pensions has a wealth of experience and talent to support clients and financial advisers alike. Our clients and advisers are at the heart of everything we do, and as such, each has a dedicated administrator for 1:1 support. In addition to this, clients and their nominated advisors have 24/7 access to their SIPP information via our secure online portal, SIPP Centre.

Both SIPP and SSAS can provide outstanding solutions for clients, but they are complex products set within a pensions framework that is forever changing. That’s where XPS Self Invested Pensions can help. Want to learn more? Get in touch.

If you are an individual looking to invest in a SIPP or a SSAS, we strongly recommend using the services of an FCA regulated Financial Adviser. The following websites can help you find a local, top-rated IFA: Unbiased.co.uk and Vouchedfor.co.uk

What is a SIPP?

A SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) is a type of personal pension scheme that allows you to save for retirement in a tax efficient and very flexible way.

A SIPP can give you the choice of a huge range of investments, including commercial property, although many SIPPs provide limited investment scope. With a SIPP, you decide how you want to invest your pension savings, with your financial adviser’s support.

What is a SSAS?

A SSAS (Small Self Administered Scheme) is a type of employer pension scheme, often set up for directors and key employees, that allows you to save for retirement in a tax efficient and very flexible way.  It gives Employers a pension arrangement with maximum control – a SSAS is set up under its own Trust.

In a SSAS, you can choose to invest your money in a wide range of investments, including direct investment into commercial property.
