In 2024, XPS was awarded Actuarial/Pensions Consultancy of the Year and XPS/Penfida was awarded Sponsor Covenant/IRM Adviser of the Year at the UK Pensions Awards. XPS/Penfida was also awarded Sponsor Covenant Provider of the Year at the 2024 PensionsAge Awards.

In 2023, XPS was awarded Third-Party Administrator of the Year, Fiduciary Evaluator of the Year and the Diversity and Inclusion Excellence Award at the UK Pensions Awards. XPS was also awarded Best Pensions Adviser at the 2023 Corporate Adviser Awards.

In 2022, XPS was awarded Actuarial/Pensions Consultancy of the Year, Investment Consultancy of the Year and Third-Party Administrator of the Year at the UK Pension Awards. This was the first time any business has won all three categories outright in a single year.
