XPS Pensions Group awarded FT’s PIPA ‘Technology Services of the Year' Award
13 Aug 2020
XPS Pensions Group has been awarded Pensions Expert’s Technology Services of the Year at the 2020 Pension and Investment Provider Awards (PIPA Awards). Winners are picked because they have achieved outstanding performance, upheld the highest standards of service to their clients, and have driven the innovation necessary to keep the industry moving forward. For this category, judges focussed on the theme of 'outcomes' and rewarded XPS for the impact of our tech-driven solutions in the fight against pension scams.
Paul Cuff, co-CEO of XPS Pensions Group, said:
“2019 was a big year for developing technology at XPS. We released a new version of Radar, our proprietary valuation and journey planning software, to include market-leading journey planning capabilities. We built a complex, robust, statistical model for GMP equalisation modelling which our clients tell us is cutting edge. Technology has equally underpinned our market-leading initiatives in relation to anti-scamming and protecting member outcomes and we are delighted that this has been the key driver for winning the award. Introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics into our administration business has also helped to reduce the amount of manual intervention, freeing up time to focus even more on member support.
We want our clients to have a great experience with XPS, and we continue to invest in our technology in order to deliver a better retirement for today's occupational pension savers.”
