XPS Group Expands Risk Settlement Team with Three New Hires

XPS Group has today announced it appointed three new hires to its Risk Settlement team.

Josué Silva joins from Just, Karine Reffreger from the PPF and Alex Shepherd from WTW, bringing their extensive expertise to the expanding XPS Risk Settlement team. The three new hires joined XPS Group on 15 July 2024 and will focus on post-transaction projects, guiding clients through the transition from buy-in to buyout and wind-up. This comes after a significant increase in XPS-led buy-in transactions over the past 12 months.
