Arabella Slinger - Appointed Head of Covenant Advisory at XPS

XPS Pensions Group has appointed Arabella Slinger to lead its Covenant Advisory Team. Following XPS’s acquisition of Penfida in September 2022, the Penfida and XPS teams have joined together to become a leading player in the market with over 150 clients responsible for in excess of £300bn of assets. Arabella takes over the leadership of the XPS/Penfida Covenant team from Paul Jameson, who has led the business since the acquisition. Paul will continue in the business providing specialist covenant advice to clients.

Arabella Slinger joined Penfida from Merril Lynch in 2006 and has been a major contributor to the successful growth of Penfida since and following XPS and Penfida joining forces. The XPS/Penfida team now has over 20 covenant specialists and access to the support of the wider XPS team.
